Restrictions on the Sale of Specific Products
Laws and codes regarding the use of emergency warning devices vary greatly within the United States. Some items are restricted in one jurisdiction and may not be in another. Selected products and color variations are restricted to Law Enforcement and Emergency Personnel only. When you place an order with us for a restricted item you are stating that you are authorized to make such a purchase and that you are in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws concerning the purchase and/or use of that product.
Return Policy
No refunds on lenses or special orders (/SN items). The product may be returned up to 90 days from the date of invoice with receipt. All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Warranties on Product
All of our products are warranted through the manufacturer of the product. We will send your defective product back to the manufacturer, get it repaired or replaced at no charge to you. There are certain items that we can replace immediately once we receive the defective item, in which case, we will be more than happy to do so. Please keep your receipt to ensure proof of purchase
Warranties on Labor
We will warranty all of our work for one year from the date of the install. Please keep your invoice for proof of install. Any additional equipment added to our wiring after our install could void the warranty.
